  There should be a zero stars option for places like this. ....I ordered a number 9 combo, no ketchup add mayo. Got my order, one cheeseburger is full of ketchup. I took it back told them the problem, the white guy at the window takes the old cheeseburger to throw away and make a new one the correct way .....I got the same cheeseburger back with mayo but also ketchup. How hard is it to understand no ketchup add mayo? There is always an issue at this location. I know this is McDonald's but at least hire someone that can read, and comprehend an order. Lesson learned I will never attempt to eat here again

  Placed my order at 9:11 AM and watched them clear the drive thru 5 times before going into the store at 9:38 AM to get the food they were clearly not going to bring to the car. It was sitting to the side COLD and when I tried to ask for my receipt and food that was fresh I was ignored for the DRIVE THRU. If you are incapable of doing your job then at least mark curbside unavailable. Need a new staff or MAJOR training.

  This used to be my favorite local McDonald’s. I sustained from fast food for a year and was excited to order a cheeseburger the was like I like it to go. I asked for extra pickles, onions and add mayo but what I got was no pickles no onions a half gallon of mayo and no ketchup or mustard. Too bad I was home before I opened it. The ticket was correct but the actual burger was all wrong. The meat patty also looked like it timed out 4x before they used it. I wish things were like they used to be when CLP? Corporations owned it. There is 3 McDonalds in a 12 mile radius of me and I can say two have a strike. If I decide to revisit I hope the Oxford location is nostalgic at least. I’m so disappointed the food wasn’t worth the calories 🤦🏻‍♀️

  We ordered 2 mcdoubles and they were dryed out so bad and the buns were hard as rock. The cheese was already starting to Crack. They were unbelievable for real. And we were about to starve to death. So we had to wait till we got home

  Absolute joke! I walked through the door and was immediately greeted by one of the associates yelling at me telling me to give her the vape that I took off of a table on the opposite side of the restaurant. I literally had to empty my pockets in front of her just to show her that I did not have it. Funny thing is, I don’t smoke or drink for that matter! Ten minutes later, she walks out the door and tells across the restaurant, sorry about that, wrong person? I come in the next morning when they open, just to sit down and enjoy a drink before I get my day started and the manager comes running around the corner yelling at me saying I have 30 minutes to leave. I’m literally the only person in the dining room as well. This store has a serious lack of professionalism and character. If there was a way to give 0 stars, I’d give it in a heartbeat.
