    I'm writing a review because I think review help make a business better so they can learn from their mistakes. Just like every time I go to dairy Queen, I have to sit and wait at the darn speaker for 20 minutes before before someone answers it. By the time you get someone to answer the speaker where you've been sitting your lunch time is up and you have to hurry back to work yourself. No one was in the line but me sitting at that speaker and I don't ever get fresh food.

    We decided to visit the historic Dairy Queen building, which was in excellent condition and really neat to see. Unfortunately, the experience at the adjoining walk-up food area was disappointing. They were out of a menu item we wanted, and the Blizzards we ordered were extremely soupy. I asked for one to be remade, but it was only slightly better. Staff were unconcerned. From past experience, I thought Blizzards were supposed to be thick enough to be turned upside down, these definitely didn’t meet that standard. Overall, great spot to visit for the history, but the food quality left a lot to be desired.

    I usually love Dairy Queen, but the wait times at this location have been really frustrating lately. It took almost 30 minutes just to get to the drive-thru window, and then even longer to actually receive the food. When you’re expecting quick service, that’s a big inconvenience. I understand places get busy, but this seems to be a consistent issue. Hoping management can improve the speed and organization because the food itself is good — the wait just isn’t worth it right now.
