  Ordered 2 cones and a medium fry from a kiosk, took half an hour just to get them, wasn't busy at all, not even 3 people in there. It 100% would’ve taken longer if my sibling didn’t work there since they noticed I was there and when I complained they made it for me in under 10 minutes. Just ridiculous.

  Ty #1611 I order1 Chicken Pack 2 Medium Mocha Frappé No straw went to the drive-thru to get it🤷 Light on the mayonnaise Four mc chickens they were good but they didn't have no lettuce no mayonnaise ☹️ 20 piece chicken nuggets I got no sauce with it that was dry now the positive side one of the guys saw that I was going to be juggling with what I was trying to carry out to the car so he helped me carry it out to the car that was cool thank you oh and the bathroom was clean

  This store is a JOKE! Placed our order, paid, got our drinks and was told to pull to space #3. Over 10 minutes went by. The ones that ordered before and after us, and several more, came and left with their orders. I finally went inside and our sack was just sitting there getting cold. He says "I was fixing to bring it out". He even handed me an extra bag. It had a pie on top, so I knew it wasn't ours. Glad I checked, or some poor person would have still been waiting on their food! Get home and our mcChicken and sauce were missing. And they only take one order at a time at the drive thru, so you spend another 5 minutes waiting there. Half their screen isn't working, so its a guessing game on what you want to order.

  Consistently slow, typically missing items from my order, and overall poor quality. some of the experiences I have had at thjs McDonald’s consist of, a cold burnt flattened quarter pounder they told me was “how they come out” yet they managed to deliver me a normal sandwich the second time around. Numerous times of forgetting items from my order or not following the simple instructions of no pickle on my sandwich and this most recent time and the reason I was prompted to make this review was due to after receiving my order in the drive through which was horrendously slow I pulled into a curbside spot and placed a second order so I would be able to use another one of my mobile codes and receive a free happy meal, after 20 minutes I went in and asked for my happy meal which I could clearly see Sitting on the warmer, the then proceeded to tell me they no longer do DoorDash to which I replied I’m not with DoorDash I simply wanted my happy meal and after extensively showing the details of my order and proving I had waited 20 minutes in the curbside spot they finally gave me my 6 piece chicken nugget happy meal with an extra kids fry, when I got home I open it foolishly hoping that everything would be there and I could finally sit down and eat and they managed to not only leave out the additional kids fry but they also neglected to even give me apple slices, this is the first time I have ever left a review on a restaurant and also being a former employee of a nearby McDonald’s this is unbelievable how poor the service is at this McDonalds

  Very very slow. I went to try the Big Arch. Was very disappointed. It had no sauce. It seems like the people working here don't care. I never had issues with the other McDonalds in Albertville or Oneonta. It's worth the trip to get what you order.
