  I absolutely hate this place. There employees are worthless can't get orders right and charge way to much. I swear next employee i hear say they want 15$ an hour and they can't even do their job correct I'm going to scream

  Worst experience ever. Pulled in drive through line was wrap around. Could tell there was very few ppl inside for walk ins. Came inside manager were having a convo about drawer been short from previous manager. I there was a lady and her kids being checked out and an elder lady. Once it was my turn. I had to wait for order to be taken. There was 8 ppl behind the counter working yet I had to wait for my order to be taken. Once it was taken I stood around. Left went and got gas came back. Walking in order still not ready. Young lady who took my order stated they were waiting on my tenders. The guy that was working the fryer. Drop fries and I noticed he sat two boxes beside the fryer. I waited about her 5 more mins. The manger walked by noticed the boxes and asked the lady who took my order what were they waiting on she stared tenders. The manger picked the two boxes up placed them in the bag and told her to give them to me. I got to my destination and opened my order to find burned chicken tenders. I have never received chicken tenders this hard and burned from any Wendy as long as they have sold chicken tenders. I was highly disappointed. Order was taken at 4:48 didn’t walk out til 5:18 just to have burned food. I’m guessing the lady who took my order and the guy who was over the driller new the tenders was burned which is why when I came back they said we are waiting. Instead of them speaking up they allowed the manager to give me the tenders. Why was I waiting for so long just for the tenders given to me had been placed there all along only to find out they were over cooked/burned.

  Most days the employees are exceptional however, today they were ignorant and rude. 5 employees within that building and had to wait in line for 10 minutes, no one taking orders. Then had to go inside and wait another ten minutes just to place a order. On top of that the food was stale and cold. If I could rate it less than one star I would. Very dissatisfied with the service and the quality.
