However, when we arrived to pick it up, we were told the order didn’t come through because they were out of biscuits. That would have been understandable—except they actually had biscuits, they just weren’t cooking them. When we asked if we could substitute the biscuits since we had paid for McGriddles, one employee at the window said it was fine, but another behind her said it wasn’t. After that, we ended up waiting about 40 minutes for soggy Mcgriddles, cold eggs and bacon. By that time, they were already serving lunch. We spent around $60 for cold food that no one wanted. Very disappointing experience.
