    Service has beyond declined in the last 2 years. It has been times I've waited for 30 mins for a single frappe. Anytime you voice a complaint they over look it and never correct the true problem , which is the management and upper management treat and train the employees like trash. They have gotten so mad that one of the managers thought she hung up on me and was cussing about my complaint to the other employees giving them false information which was you can get a refund thru the app. FYI no you can not, there is no section what so ever on the app for a refund once you have placed your order. So she was mad they owed me a refund which I ended up having to.call Corp to get a refund which was absolutely unacceptable. And let's not mention that it dont matter how many times you order 5 drinks they never just offer a drink carrier it got so bad I had to buy my own portable one. Long story short if our town had another McDonald's I'd go there gladly.

    The last 2 times I've gone through the drive thru, my order has been wrong. The girl at the window doesn't speak and is rude!!!!

    Got two cold egg McMuffins. Cheese wasn't even melted , already drive away before I realized how terrible they were.

    I’m very happy with this hard working people they are so kind. They deserve a good raise paid vacation ham and turkey plus a gold trophy. They deserve it. Counting the manger’s. Thanks for the best meal in Albertville Alabama.

    This has to be the rudest place ever! It's rare I run into a nice person whom works there. If they get your food wrong they act like it's such an inconvenience for them to redo. Looks like most the time my damn foods been stepped all over and looking a hot mess! I really wish people understood everyone works hard for their money do them right and make sure they get what they paid for and also treat everyone with kindness no matter what kind of mood your having.
