I needed napkins and the young man at the drive thru was doing something on his cellphone. I had to yell for the other young lady there to acknowledge me just to get napkins while the young man was on his phone. The girl apologized but I went back a few nights later and the same issue again. I will be driving to Helena or going to the other alabaster location.
