Ordered a carry out order and had my daughter pick it up. Apparently the manager was rude to her because we “ordered too many wings”. We ordered a total of 18 wings because we all have different tastes. I didn’t realize this was an issue. 🙄

We were charged 3 times for a $40 pizza. The pizza cost us over $100. Pizza Hut has horrible customer service.

Made an order online for delivery. Once I received it, realized it wasn't what I order and called the location in Alabaster AL. Talked to a representative and they basically said I made an error and didn't want to rectify it no apology. So lesson learned, never order from here online nor recommend this location to anyone

It seems like every year this place just keeps getting more worse and more slow. Just close down, let something else reopen in your spot, I’ll get Pizza Hut elsewhere. Seriously, close down. Waste of space, waste of time.
