  2 weeks ago my experience here was awful. The food took forever, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and the soap dispenser did not work nor did the dryer. All the trash bins were overflowing to the point people were having to put trash on top where the trays would go. Even outside it was overflowing. None of the tables were clean and trash on floor underneath. Then, we ended up with food poisoning. A few days later I saw someone say they had a 79 food rating. NO WONDER.

  Why is it so dang hard to put my sauces in the bag. Every time DoorDash uses your McDonald’s there’s a problem. I have never received the sauce I ordered and paid for with an order. I even had my door dasher confirm that you guys put my sauce in the bag while on the phone with me and ITS STILL missing. Absolutely insane.. apparently you need a degree to work here. I’ll be contacting corporate.

  I have been sitting here for an hour and still haven’t gotten my food . The store isn’t busy and they are just talking and laughing in the back instead of taking orders . And you have random people coming from outside going to the back and then leaving like they are doing drug deals .

  Waited 15 minutes at the speaker of the 2nd open driver thru while they continued to take car after car after car in the other lane. Tried calling them to remind them about the 2nd lane but they would never answer the phone.

  Went through the drive-thru to buy two Arch Deluxe meals that everyone is talking about. It was almost $25. Took forever to get someone to the speaker. Finally got to the window and was asked “you had an Arch Deluxe?” Told the guy that it was two. He almost yelled, “Pull up!” After a long wait the same guy walked out and stuck a bag through the window and turned and walked away. Never said a word. The fries were cold and unsalted, there were no napkins, no straws, and no ketchup. The burger was decent, but I’ll never be back (the fries were inedible). I write McDonalds off a long time ago. This was my first visit in years. It will be my last.
