  Went through the drive through before 10:30 paid with debit card ask for a receipt and he didn't know how to give me one. He ask for help. The lady came and said they have been busy and she was stressed out. To pull up and they would bring it out. we'll that was BS. this is what you get paid to do. Not to complain about being stressed or busy. People now days is what is causing businesses to close. They want to get paid and do nothing. I will not be back at that location

  This place is a 2-star right now, but it could easily be a 5 if the night shift got better. The morning shift is always reliable, especially around 11. The food is fresh, hot, and tastes great every time. The crew is friendly and respectful; you can tell they care. The night shift is a completely different experience. Orders are often wrong, the food arrives cold, and the service isn't there. The inconsistency between shifts is what really brings this place down.

  We ordered delivery. Jayvon the DoorDash guy told my grandson to get his bad ass back in the house!!!! Order was wrong! No 10 piece nugget meal, no kids meal & apple pies no strawberry! Drinks with frosty tops no ice no tea, just Dr Pepper.. then we reordered and got soggy nuggets food upside down boxes wet… this is the worst McDonald’s experience I have had!

  I don't know why I bother going here. They never have anything but nuggets or burgers. Ice cream? Nah. Pies? Definitely not. Cookies? You wish. I don't know if they actually don't have them or if they're to lazy to make them but based on the customer service I'm gonna go with to lazy. Not thank you or hello will be said by any of the employees. Heads up, in the event they have what you want to eat it's a coin toss if it's going to be good. Nuggets are 50/50. I've never once had a good burger. Always overcooked. And to top it off, the one time I went inside I saw a roach go under the drink machine. I'm sure the ice is extremely clean. Just keep driving and go somewhere else down the road when you see this place.

  I would like to take a moment to recognize Nigel from this McDonald’s location. He took my order in the drive-thru and was extremely professional and polite. I always enjoy the level of customer service he provides. During my visit, an item was accidentally left out of my order. Nigel immediately corrected the issue, apologized for the inconvenience, and ensured everything was made right. His response truly reflected excellent customer service. Nigel is a valuable asset to the McDonald’s team, and it’s refreshing to encounter someone so dedicated and customer-focused. I sincerely hope you continue to recognize and retain employees like him, as great workers can be hard to find.
