So I went by Taco Bell today around 1:30 pm. I rested the 7 dollar lux box. Chicken chalupa was good and fresh. So was the taco. THE MAN AT THE WINDOW WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL! I pulled up handed him my card and said “Hello how are you today? He looked at me got my card and shut the window. I was like okkkk. He came back handed the food and card to me. I SAID THANK YOU SIR HAVE A GOOD DAY. He looked at me again and closed the window. I said to myself again okkkk. I got his attention. From the look on his face he wondered what I wanted. So Iasked him why didn’t he respond to me and that I was very cordial. He said I didn’t take your order though. I asked what that have to do with it. He stared again …so I pulled off. Never again will I go there. I hope the other workers are not like that

BIG SHOUT OUT TO JOSEPH!!!!!!. I was extremely upset due to the fact that the young Man running the window got cursed at badly by the driver and the passenger of a black new (used) Toyota Tacoma. The young man running the window was doing a great job and was trying to make clear the demands of the driver. I told the young man at the window that I heard everything that was said and I apologized for the Brats in the truck. I let the worker know what a good job he was doing. He thanked me and I left. Great job to Joseph!! I will definitely go back. The food was good as well.

The drive-thru cashiers were friendly, but they had no idea what they were doing. I ordered a new drink that was still on the menu, and instead of letting me know it wasn’t available, the cashier kept asking me questions about it as if I worked there.
When I got home, my tacos, crunch wrap, and Mexican pizza had almost no meat, literally nothing inside, even though I had paid for extra. I went back to complain, and one employee admitted it was made wrong and offered to have it remade. But then the manager (Kobe or Cody) came out and told me he wouldn’t remake it because he claimed he made it himself and “knew it was right.” After throwing away my food to wait for a replacement, he refused to remake or refund it.
Later, when I called, he went into a long story about their sales numbers and how people “try to work the system” and basically accused me of being dishonest. He eventually said he could remake it if I came back, but only if I “felt passionate about it.” That is not how you treat paying customers.
This location clearly has serious management and quality control issues. Being nice at the window doesn’t mean much when the food is inedible, employees are untrained, and the manager is unprofessional and dismissive.
