The cashier unfortunately had no idea what she was doing, could have been new. I ordered my usual, chicken salad on a croissant, bowl of broccoli and cheddar. My wife had the soup and an Italian, which she couldn't eat because the bread would have ripped her mouth to shreds. My croissant was cold as ice and the chicken salad appeared different than normal. It also looked similar to cat food. Soup was consistent which I'm sure they don't actually make. My lettuce was severely brown on the edges and unfortunately we were super hungry this day and I didn't return it. Drinks were also not mixed properly. This is actually the first time we've had a bad experience at any location, with the exception of the dining room conditions. My intentions are to hopefully allow the managers to make improvements as needed. We shall see.
