This franchise is always out of everything but fries and nuggets. The last 2 times I ordered on the app we got to the drive thru and I had to request a refund that takes 7 days to complete. I will not be returning.

I went to this location today before coming into work, and I ordered a nugget meal cook to order.here’s the plot twist. I stay on 280 Birmingham, and I order the same way and I have never had a problem. Normally the one on 280 will have you park so that the food can cook. And I know the location on 280 is owned by the Black Family I believe. Well I found out today that all locations don’t allow you to place an order like that. (Cook to order)The manager stated that different franchise owners do things differently which I am aware. But I didn’t think requesting for fresh food would be a problem. But the manager stated that the franchise owner doesn’t allow them to do such a thing. I got my money back. I just want to give a huge thanks to the 280 location that stays open 24hrs and no matter the time of day always make sure the customer is satisfied. Do better Alabaster im rooting for you.

The Night Shift at this McDonald’s is absolutely the worst McDonald’s crew I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. They are never ever doing their job properly. The past two nights that I have come have been horrendous yesterday I tried to order some happy meals waited 30 minutes for no one answered, so I pulled around to the window and the older man Exclaimed that he would not take my order at the window because there was only two people which doesn’t make any sense because there was like three people in line so it wasn’t even complicated. But he seemed inapt and unable to comprehend how to do the job properly. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and it is really not that complicated to take an order and walk a couple steps to the back put it in the POS system and continue on with your day. The order it was not going to be complicated at all. We just needed two happy meals. Today I pulled in and thank goodness they didn’t take four years to answer, but then proceeded to tell me that since they only had two people they were not doing anything on the menu except fries and nuggets. The girls are shut down? What even is the point of being open? If you’re not serving anything on the menu? I’m seriously kerfuffle at how horrendous they are at their job. I’m not one to say people should be fired because they’re having a bad day, but seriously it’s every time I come. Those were just the past two experiences I had from this week alone . Somebody seriously needs to take a hold of the night shift at this McDonald’s. It’s atrocious and they should be let go because they just don’t know how to do the job.

Worst McMuffins ever attempted egg McMuffins. Eggs had crunchy pieces in it and muffin not toasted. I was pulled up to wait for inedible food. Too many other options to put up with this kind of BS! I understand McD’s is the lowest level of fast food but come on. Lowest level of employees is also apparent. It’s hilarious the owner wants me to do something for them. This place has been crap a long time. You have plenty of material to go over with your staff. Don’t act like you’re going to do anything.

My experience at this McDonald’s was extremely disappointing. I waited nearly 40 minutes for a 6-piece Chicken Nugget Happy Meal — something that should’ve taken only a few minutes. The staff seemed completely disorganized, and several employees appeared more focused on talking to each other than serving customers.
When I finally received my order, there was no apology or acknowledgment for the long wait. The employees were unfriendly, unprofessional, and showed no sense of urgency even as multiple customers were visibly frustrated.
This location is clearly suffering from poor management and a lack of training. I could understand a delay for a large or complex order, but waiting 40 minutes for six nuggets and a small fry is completely unacceptable.
In my honest opinion, this McDonald’s either needs a complete management overhaul or should be temporarily shut down and restructured from the top down. Alabaster deserves better service, professionalism, and efficiency than what this location is currently offering.
