I placed an order online for pick up and got confirmation immediately. When I got to the store 30 minutes later it had not been made. They muttered some excuse to my husband that he couldn't hear and said it would take 5 minutes to make. So what was the purpose of ordering ahead of time? I used to love Jimmy John's for their speed but this missed the mark entirely.

First time there and not really impressed.
I ordered tuna on lettuce wrap and could barely find the tuna. So I spent 14 or 15 bucks for mostly lettuce.
The chips contained peanut oil, and being allergic I was glad I saw that before eating. Guess I am one of the few people with a peanut allergy since all their chips are made with peanut oil . 😕
