Foods good, workers are nice, fairly nice dinning area. But the app works only 20% of the time. I like to order ahead because of a short lunch break. And nothing more annoying than filling out an order just to go place it and it just buffers. Of the 10ish times I've been there I've managed to order twice on the app. Sometimes its so aggravating I go to a different restaurant

I always hear people saying they wonder who is patronizing Arby’s because their food is awful - well I attempted to give them a chance today by placing a Door Dash order for the new steak bites. I ordered 2 nine piece orders of steak bites, 3 mac and cheeses and a sandwich combo.
The DoorDash driver called me to advise they had no Mac and cheese so they were giving me curly fries instead - and on top of that I only received 1 order of steak bites. My bill was $60.32 for basically a bag filled with curly fries!
Thankfully I got refund from Door Dash, but never and I mean NEVER will I patronize Arby’s again. And I will share my HORRIBLE experience with anyone who will listen for as long as I live.
