I believe that they needed one front counter person to tend to the costumers as they arrived. When they make a blizzard aren't they supposed to turn it upside down in front of the customer? I remember that from the 80's when they had a few restaurants around Alaska. I don't believe that anyone should get in trouble. Just added awareness to the store for when customers arrive and are standing in line awaiting a crew member to greet them. I personally didn't have to wait for a long time for food or service.
