  They ran out of roast beef and the rude manager Yasmin communicated with an attitude. She was extremely rude and asked us to “get out of her drivethru”. When I asked who her supervisor was she stated that ,“This is fast food. I don’t have a supervisor and I am the manager.” I told her she was rude and had terrible customer service and said, “Can you get out of MY drivethru.”

  Arby’s, you can do better. Your acting assistant manager talked down to the staff. She decided to take over and when she did she threw all the sandwich’s that the other employees made in the trash. I ordered a French dip and Swiss . When I got home I opened something with celery and carrots on it. Absolutely disgusting. No stars from me..

  I swung by this store the other day and talked to a gal named Kristen. When I was ordering food she talked very fast and sounded progressively annoyed every time we asked her to speak clearly. When we got the food it was ice cold and tasted like it had been sitting a while, this is unacceptable for any dining establishment and I expect this issue to be addressed.
