  Probably best to just avoid McDonalds when visiting Soldotna, AK. This place seems to have issues with simple orders. It almost seems like the customers are an issue to the employees jobs here. If you want the McDonalds experience in Alaska, I recommend traveling to Anchorage, and finding one of the better McDonalds there. I recommend not even going here. It isn't worth it.

  The food is never fresh fries are always cold and the last two times I went I got eggshells in my food and then found a long strand of hair terrible service terrible quality of food

  Ordered breakfast pick up at 10:18am and was there at 10:35am. Was told they can't make my order because I was 5 minutes late and they can cancel my order. So I drove my hungry self home. Haven't gotten a canceled order email yet. If I can give 0 stars I would 😤

  I was overcharged and supplied proof and promised a refund on Dec 4th it’s now Dec 21st and I’m still waiting for my refund. The APP opened and assigned a “case number” wanted proof again which I had already provided to the manager on sight the day of my order, the local on sight manager was great and whomever she called was like sounds like we need to authorize a refund it will be back on your card in 24-48 hours. This has happened at least twice now might’ve been 3 times and now the case says “Closed” and I still haven’t received my refund.
