    As a door dasher… I walked into the Palmer McDonalds and they all acted like I was a ghost, as if they couldn’t see me… I was 15 minutes late to pick up an order because no one acknowledged me at the front counter mind you there was no one in the lobby and only one car in the drive thru

    Currently in the drive thru. Its been 20 minutes since I ordered and we only moved 3 cars. Two of the cars just left, so really we only moved one car in 20 minutes.

    Scamming, lying and stealing from customers. I ordered a free coffee through the app. I gave the code to my ride to pick up said coffee. Even though he had the code and I get coffee from this place almost every day they they refused to give it to him. Furthermore, they lied and said they canceled the order. The points haven't been returned to my rewards. I didnt get my coffee. The employees stole from me. NEVER using this location again after the lies and theft.
