  Not sure what happened with all the previous negative reviews but whatever crew was working this evening 3/11/26 was great! We came through about 7 and there were four cars ahead of us in the drive through. They got them squared away so fast we didn’t even have time to get our order fully settled before we got to the speaker to order. They got our order completed quickly and the staff were all very kind! Our food was hot and fresh.

  If you're wanting Taco Bell go to Fairbanks, not the one in North Pole. Even if it's a bit of a drive, you'll still get it faster and with less headache. I made an online order to pick up on my way to Fairbanks. When I arrived the app said my order was ready for pickup. Thats when I found out that they're interior is apparently always closed, so I have to go through the drive through to pick up my order. There were seven people in line and it took forty minutes for me to finally get to the window. Where I was told that since I didn't give them my order information at the microphone, they haven't prepared it yet. They told me my options were to either cancel my order or go to the back of the line that was now six people and wait another 30-40 minutes, and that if I want my online order made, to give them my order information at the microphone. So they can start preparing it. So I can pick it up when I get to the window for the second time. I obviously canced my order. Then before leaving Fairbanks later on. I placed a new online order for pickup with a Taco Bell there, and had no issues, didn't have to wait or even talk to anyone. Just walk into the actually open interior and grab my order. There's something wrong with this Taco Bell if they have the idea of online orders so backwards that the app says they're ready for pick up, yet the workers tell you they're not going to start making your order until you arrive and give them your order information at the microphone after sitting 40 minutes waiting. Plus them demanding that you go to the back of the line if you assume your order is ready like the app says and just go past the microphone. Kinda defeats the purpose of making an order for pickup.

  Why is the dinning room closed? They don't take your order in person anyway.
