  I bought it a few weeks ago, just getting to this review. Sorry if you tried this before I got my review out. I feel terrible about that. Bought a handful of pizzas, a few sandwiches, and some bread knots. Every pizza was undercooked; the bacon was raw on most of the 2 pizzas that had it; the bread knots had 0 seasoning (not where you should be saving money); and it wasn't ready for pickup for 45 minutes, 34 minutes after the app said it would be. The sandwiches were cooked decently after I took them out of the toaster oven at home. This is not Papa Murphy's, I did not want take-and-bake. Nobody expects perfection or even close right out the gate. These problems should never exist, and you had plenty of time considering you are a franchise, not an independent business. This was so bad, I'm questioning ever giving any Domino's franchise my business. Edit: I have included the order for this review. Please feel free to investigate. There is nothing you can do that will make me comfortable feeding your product to my children in the future. I wish you the best. Also, not speaking for everyone, I personally find it uncomfortable and weird that you are requesting this information be sent to a private email that is in no way associated with the business or franchise you operate.

  I have given Domino's a few tries in an effort to being understanding to it being new to the community. The food has been subpar, today was the final straw. I placed an order online, included a tip but apparently the tip didn't go through? When the driver arrived he said to my husband "thanks for the tip" and left. I can say that the manager at the store was patient and kind when I called to explain.

  Ordered a simple pizza drove home most of the toppers were burned and not even right. Called the store and was told I should have went to pizza hut if I wanted a good pizza. This was March 16 at 4:30pm. I aske if they would make me a replacement was told they would not. If the owner would like to contact me that would be great.

  My family has ordered from them a few times now. We tried to give them a fair chance since they’re new and they need time to settle in. Tonight was the tipping point however. For pickup, they do fine. Their delivery is horrendous. We typically get delivered on base, and it takes 1-1.5 hours, which we’ve come to expect and we order a few hours before dinner. The last two times (and last) we got delivery something went wrong. The time before last, the delivery took over two hours. Tonight, I ordered, everything seemed fine. The lady informed me that their drivers with base access weren’t on shift and we’d have to meet off base. Had an entire 20 second interaction about how they’d call when they were on the way and where to meet them. We warm up the car, and wait off base. I call them at the hour and a half mark to find out it was marked as carryout. They told me they could change it to delivery, but we’d have to pay $5 cash delivery fee. Which is funny, since the last time they messed this up, they recharged my card the $5 delivery fee. I don’t carry cash, I cancelled. At this point, this isn’t growing pains. This is straight up incompetence.

  I came in on Friday which was my mistake but the app told me it would only be about 20 minutes, it's taken about 40 so far but other than being busy it's good pizza, and I'm glad they put one in North Pole
