  This place used to be one of our go-to spots, but the service has clearly gone downhill. Our last three visits have all been bad. On February 24, we ordered a pizza and waited 1 hour and 25 minutes in a nearly empty restaurant (only two other tables occupied). Not once did anyone update us or offer an explanation. I didn’t even say anything until we were walking out the door. When I finally asked, the response was simply, “I don’t know, I’m sorry.” We had our two young kids (5 and 8) with us, and they spent the entire time asking where their food was and saying they were hungry. It completely wasted our evening. As we were leaving, they suddenly said our pizza was ready. We took it to go — mistake. It was burnt and the wrong pizza. Two other customers were also waiting over an hour just to pick up orders. In Kenai, options are already limited, but even with that in mind, this isn’t worth it anymore. We won’t be back.

  Terrible service. The waitress Sarah didn't bring silverware even when asked she only brought 1 set. Then our food came out so far apart I had finished by the time all of the meals were brought out. Most of the food was cold by the time it was served. Then it took forever to get our check and Togo boxes. Been eating here since the 1970' s and that was the worst service I have ever had

  We went for Valentine’s Day ! Ordered food then received entree no salads first . Waitress said they were being made fresh . ok then she brought bill and we asked about our salads oh those are part of the dinner I forgot I’ll bring them now. Or do u want them to go? What? That’s ridiculous! Can you just discount bill . lol took of 2 dollars each! That’s a hard no we will never go back…. The food and service isn’t worth it!

  Little to no customer service... food never came after waiting an hour. Only two other couples in the restaurant , who got their food and was ready to pay but the time we left..

  Paradisos has Gina down the drain in all aspects. I placed an order for pick up and was told 20 minutes, not a problem. I arrive at the 20 minutes point and was told that my order isn’t done yet, still not a problem. 45 minutes in I was told that they hadn’t even started my order. At this point 3 other people had came and picked up their orders. A total of 55 minutes later I finally received my small pizza and salad. The pizza contained toppings that were not listed and the salad was merely 5 pieces of lettuce with an olive slice. While waiting for my order all of the wait staff were on personal phone calls in the restaurant area and using profane language and yelling.
