- SSStealthFeb 3, 20235.0I've not had a problem with Charley's in the Fort Wainwright PX. The staff was always very friendly toward me, particularly the manager Solomon. One of the few places I miss from this installation.
- AMAndrea McCoyDec 28, 20221.0The employees could careless about their job that worked on 12/28/22. I had an order of 6 sandwiches. None of them were correct and one never even showed up. I tried calling to get the situation fixed and no one even picked up the phone and at one point I’m pretty certain the phone was taken off the hook. I called over to Popeyes which is in the same building to report to a manager/supervisor(some of the supervisors are over a few of the restaurants) about the issue that took place. I don’t think they really care about getting service due to the fact she didn’t try to correct the wrong. She could have tried to fix it or compensate but did not. We will not be ordering from here in the future due to the lack of customer service and lack of quality food.
