Went through the drive-through ordered a three-piece chicken finger dinner. The price on the menu and the price charged was significantly higher. I argued with the very rude staff about it, and to get management involved. She was loud and unapologetic. Wendy's is charging their selves right out of business, especially when you have so much competition close by it would behoove you to train your staff that lacks customer service and customer satisfaction to be nice be polite! especially since you have so much better competition close by your restaurant!
In my opinion, your managers are lazy if they can't bother to fix menu prices with register prices a 3+ dollar difference is ridiculous! I will not be back ! I am going to tell my friends and neighbors how crappy your service is and that you can't even bother to keep menu prices current with register prices!
This experience was shameful and will not be tolerated. I will just go somewhere else for now on.
The food is great as long as you get what you actually ordered. They consistently mess up at least one thing on an order. Wrong drink, no fries, etc. This time instead of the baconator that I ordered I got a cheeseburger with everything EXCEPT bacon. I don't get how you mess up a baconator unless they're not tracking which car actually ordered what.
Is it really that hard to make a burger with no cheese? Sure seems so!
The drive through might be a bit quicker if the person hard of hearing wasn't taking orders. It took several minutes just to get the person to understand I had a mobile order, then they had to try to understand my name.
When I finally got to the window, I was greeted by the window slamming open and the person giving me a look of what do you want as if I had 2 heads. The bag that was eventually thrust in my directions was soggy and starting to rip. My burger apparently wasn't mine, it had random things on it, neither as I had requested nor as it would have come randomly. A spoon or two for my chili and frosty? Nah, but here's a straw 🤷♂️. That ripping bag? That was my chili with a soda lid on the top as if it would contain the chili.
Next time, anywhere else including the gas station would be better.
Went to Wendy's after the hockey game waited 20 minutes to get to the window. Another 10 minutes after getting my card back. Watched the girl at the window make and throw away 6 drinks. Finally got my drink. Then was told not asked to park in pickup. 13 minutes later got my food and all my burgers were dry and fries were soggy..
Horrible service.
Waste of time and money
Roughly 45 minutes to get 3 sandwiches , a medium fry , and a medium drink.
