  I had a wonderful experience at The Crepery. The crepes were absolutely delicious—perfectly made, fresh, and full of flavor with a great variety of sweet and savory options. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my visit.   The crepery was amazing we went 2 days in a row. I got the blta and it was very refreshing. My wife got the crab crepe and it was really good. The next day we got the brie and added lettuce and tomatoes to it, we got the sourkrout crepe and some stuffed avacadoes everything from here was just simply delicious.

  My wife (Yasmín) and I flew from Plantation, Florida to Fairbanks, Alaska one week ago to see The Northern Lights, bath in the Chena Hot Springs, visit the Ice Museum, the Fountainhead Antique Auto Museum, drink delicious beers of Hoo-Doo Brewing Co and eat terrific crepes in The Crepery. We are more than satisfied with our visit to Fairbanks, AK. If you come to Alaska and want to eat delicious food, the number one place is called The Crepery. Carlos Pardo and Yasmin Morales.

  We visited The Crepery in Fairbanks and it was honestly one of the best places we’ve tried — a must-stop if you’re in the area! The crepes are absolutely delicious, both savory and sweet. We tried both, and everything was amazing. We truly fell in love with this place. The staff is incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. Prices are also very reasonable, which is a big plus. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back!

  It was really nice until you ordered a second round and they forgot to serve you. My crepes already got cold and dry with no cheesy melt. That's really bad. While the food has its merits, the owner/management’s attitude toward customer feedback is disappointing. I noticed a pattern of defensive and unprofessional responses to any constructive criticism. A great dining experience is about more than just the meal; it’s about feeling welcomed and respected as a guest.
