  It took 10 minutes just to order the wrong milkshake at the drive-thru. The guy even made inappropriate jokes and stepped out to smoke right in the middle of his shift.

  I have tried to go through the drive thru multiple times over the past couple weeks for breakfast and no one answers, the worst part is when I drive away I can see people standing in the kitchen with the headsets on. Just a pregnant lady trying to get a burrito

  Horrible service! Pulled up to order and sat for 6-7 minutes with no answer in drive thru. Then pulled to window and had to honk and knock to get an answer. Then after 10 minutes sitting after getting their attention, a young teen girl came to the window to take my order and was rude. This is not the first time. Owner - sincerely suggest replacing ALL on shift 5/12 @ 1:30.

  Since COVID fast food hasn't really been the same. Not as reliable employment and such which led to year after year of declined quality. I don't really get food here anymore, but the drinks.... Which is easier to get right.
