  Horrible service! Pulled up to order and sat for 6-7 minutes with no answer in drive thru. Then pulled to window and had to honk and knock to get an answer. Then after 10 minutes sitting after getting their attention, a young teen girl came to the window to take my order and was rude. This is not the first time. Owner - sincerely suggest replacing ALL on shift 5/12 @ 1:30.

  Since COVID fast food hasn't really been the same. Not as reliable employment and such which led to year after year of declined quality. I don't really get food here anymore, but the drinks.... Which is easier to get right.

  We came here a few daysago, food was amazing drinks were even better staff was nice, that hasn't happened again we came back yesterday and thw like was moving but then we sat at the kiosk to order in the drive thru for 35 minutes no one was there Noone was inside Noone was in the car ports so we drive off then we tried again same day and got a rude lady at the kiosk. We're here tonight and have been sitting for 30 minutes at the windows for our food bad service.

  We went to order just at 5 PM, but the restaurant was already closed. The staff told us to come back tomorrow. What a disappointment! I guess they're short-staffed again.

  If you plan on going into this Sonic and ordering or trying to pick up or just about anything, expect to wait a while maybe 10 minutes or so before you are helped. Is it busy? No not at all. In fact it’s so slow you can hear the employees cursing and having a really good time in the kitchen while you wait. Not a single person waiting to take orders or help in anyway. Just go to McDonald’s and save yourself some time.
