However, it matters that the store will NOT answer the phone during the course of the order. They don't update the online tracker so you can see the driver's location, and even the online chat hangs up on you. Very odd. Never experienced such a thing. I assumed the location was shut down and I placed a duplicate order with dominoes. The same order cost 50% less and arrived in just minutes. Turns out the Papa Johns is still in business, because our order arrived. Now we have lots of pizza 🤣
