    Went threw the drive thru, the parking lot was super clean, the building was in great shape, the person who took my order was super nice amd very clear, the guy at the window Carl was awesome! Great personality and my order was perfect, it was hot, crispy and everything was fresh!!!

    Worst service ever. Forgot the strips from one of my meals and got mozzarella sticks instead of the jalapeño poppers that I ordered. Fairbanks by far has the worst drive thru service I have ever experienced. Every drive thru that we go to our order is messed up, always missing food. But they sure charges for it.

    Fast and friendly service and all around bright experience with the crew that was working during my visit! Highly recommend!

    Not great at all. Service was slow, the only person in the kitchen was as sick as a dog. Which made me even nervous to get my order, and the interaction between staff was unpleasant. Not coming back. And I've reported this incident
