  It took 15 min for the server to figure out how to order my food and only provided the dip without the sandwich, terrible service!

  Probably the friendliest consistent fast food in town. Always quick and appears clean. Never had a rude staff member or anything. Fast food is fast food but we prefer it over other places.

  Gave me another customers order. They were quick to fix the mistake, but my fries were not fresh.

  Who hurt you? I feel like the staff is suffering there. Ordered 4 meals for my family, and whoever is on Drive-Thru is going through the toughest part of life and needs a friend. Best suited for 1 person. Ordering more than 2 meals...and its like their whole life has been a prison sentence and we added 5 more years. Once I got home to eat, noticed a rancid smell from my sandwich. So definitely not eating that, probably not ordering from there again. Recommend smelling your food and inspecting it before eating. Hopefully the managers are doing quality control, and are giving the workers a reason to live. Until I hear from others about better vibes in that Arby's, just gonna look elsewhere for fast food. Ill let other people do the taste test, until the workers have a will to live and passion for the job they do. Even though it may seem to some making sandwiches is easy, it is the one highlight to some people's days. To others, it is what crushes the end of the day, and reminds them life sucks and everything is disappointing.

  Went threw the drive thru, the parking lot was super clean, the building was in great shape, the person who took my order was super nice amd very clear, the guy at the window Carl was awesome! Great personality and my order was perfect, it was hot, crispy and everything was fresh!!!
