  There is a gentleman named AJ that is an employee also there is another gentleman that works in the.nightshift drive thru the both of them are rude and talk about customer behind there backs then proceed to lagh at the customer not caring at all. That is very poor customer service and should not be tolerated also I did not ever use inappropriate language at all towards either of them.

  Went through Sunday at about 10:15pm. The guy at the window cashing people out is rude, can't understand him at the speaker at all because he mumbles so bad. Ordered two large fries, they literally gave us old COLD fries and put and few fresh ones on top to fool us.

  Absolutely ridiculous. Employees talking about how they are intentionally going slow to make people wait. This is especially ridiculous for door dashers whose income relies on how quickly they complete orders. I wouldn’t waste my money at this location if I were you.

  This place used to be the best Mcdonalds in the world!!! Until the 2018 earthquake where they had to remodel the place and it sucks now!!! The old playland was 10000x better than whatever piece of garbage they have now. People used to actually come here and I even met one of my best friends here but they had to replace the amazing playland that my friend's dad used to call "Mount Krumpet" with some boring "modernized" and "safer" playland that is very dirty and gross. Like the slide barley goes down two levels and is so sticky that you have to crawl down it. Yep. Crawl. There used to be a full size area for the little kids to play on and the slide was actually slideable and it also went down almost 3 levels!!!! But mcdonalds is actually doing this all over the country replacing cool playlands with boring modern ones and responding to the ipad kids by putting video games in the playland. Like that kinda defeats the whole purpose. Nothing like the nolstalgic sound of other kids having fun instead of fighting for bulit in ipads which in their mind is considered pure gold in a fast food restaurant that sell chicken nuggets and ice cream. Next step: Emailing Mcdonalds corporate.
