  Probably the worst taco bell in anchorage. Woman and man on shift a d absolutely awful. I would have gone inside but it was "closed" so I had to use the drive thru. They were angry at the fact that I had to repeat my order. Angry about everything. Not even answering the phone calls to the store. Truly hope these people learn humility.

  They absolutely suck. I have gone in person and they always mess up orders. Like what the hell. I tried ordering on Uber and they gave the driver the wrong order and then I ordered on door dash and changed some things and they sent the one from Uber missing the add-ons from the door dash order. I will never visit that location again

  I ordered the Meal for 4 and customized the soft tacos to add potatoes and chipotle sauce for an upcharge of $1.55 each. Once I got home, I saw that only one of the tacos was customized and my meal was missing an order of chips and nacho cheese. That means that, by my math, this location stole $7.64 from me. Additionally, the scant amount of meat put on each item was pathetic and nothing like the pictures on the menu. I won't allow myself to be robbed by this location again. I love Taco Bell but somehow come away disappointed. Every. Single. Time. They should be embarrassed by the price they're charging for this slop these days.

  15 minutes for 1 $3 burrito is kinda crazy. They are pretty rude too and dont call you up.
