  I'm kinda disappointed in my favorite Taco bell recently. It pains me to leave a review as such but the employees have not been welcoming and very to the point when I've pulled up in the drive through with, "What do you want" or at the window where they don't acknowledge you and just snatch your card. Today at 6:35 pm they even snapped a picture of us? Please tacobell I owe my soul to the beefy 5 but I miss you and your good service I love you so much and I want you back ... I want things to be normal again...

  did not know that substituting ingredients means shrinking your food.... substituted potatoes because I dont WANT SAND IN MY GROUND BEEF. and my burrito is suddenly half the size it usually is... other burrito smaller as well for making it "fresca".... was dead at the store, definitely seems like I was punished because my order required reading... won't be coming back.

  Was normal have to make sure order is correct before leaving if doing special requests but will fix it fast and just ask it was very fast.

  They frequently forget to add iteams, or just dont cook things right,they also take a long time to have your order ready, I paid 8$ to have extra added to my nachos and this is what I got. Disappointed
