It was awful. If I could give zeros across the board, I sure would!! Our department at Alaska Heart and Vascular ordered a large order of sandwiches, drinks and sides. Definitely over $200-$300 in product easily. We put in our order online and when we came to get it on 3/18, we were told it wasn't ready and to come back again. Ok, that's fine--it was a large order, however when we came back 2 hours later, we were given nothing but attitude and rudeness by the employees there as they clearly did not want to handle our order. The orders were done sloppily and incorrectly--nearly all of them were. So many things wrong with each order. That plus the ugly attitudes and unhelpful manners means we are NEVER coming back. It's ridiculous to be spending so much money and be treated like that. No more! Done!

My boss, in a moment of corporate benevolence, offered to buy lunch. I chose a protein bowl. I’m a simple person: I asked for "everything," plus jalapeños. Apparently, at this establishment, "everything" is a philosophical concept representing the void.
The kitchen staff took one look at my order and decided I was on a strictly liquid-and-capsaicin diet. They meticulously removed every trace of protein, fiber, and joy, leaving me with a bowl of spicy green circles floating in a sea of disappointment. It wasn't a meal; it was a bowl of dares.
My coworkers didn't fare much better. Their sandwiches were so lacking in protein that we’re currently checking the bread for a pulse. We’ve seen more meat in a vegetarian’s fever dream. To top it off, the food was served at a temperature usually reserved for morgues or high-end gazpacho.
Pro Tip: If you’re looking to lose weight by eating absolutely nothing while simultaneously burning your taste buds off, this is the place for you.
When my coworker arrived to pick up this bundle of sadness, they were greeted with the kind of warmth usually found in a walk-in freezer. The staff managed to be rude enough to make us wonder if we had accidentally insulted their ancestors just by placing an order.
To the management: "Do better" is the polite version. The realistic version is: please decide if you are a restaurant or a social experiment designed to test the limits of human patience. We’d appreciate it if the "protein" bowl actually contained, you know, protein.

Stale bread, wilted vegetables, and staff that can’t talk or count change. If you aren’t trapped in the hospital for another couple of hours I’d say go somewhere else.

If I could give this subway 0 stars I would. The management here must be God awful. The staff clearly doesn't care about their job and are insanely unsanitary. The one girl that cut our sandwiches literally wiped the knife off on here pant between cutting the sandwiches. Not to mention they have no idea how to make half the sandwiches on the menu. Terrible service.
