Went in today for lunch for the first time and was pleasantly impressed! The bar area was inviting and had a wonderful view. Paige took care of me and her service was top notch! Josie even came and checked in on me to make sure my visit was going well, very thoughtful of her! I had the beef tips and the poke salad, both were delicious and the only critique was the teriyaki sauce was a touch salty for me, but good all the same. Finished off my stay with an espresso and it was great! Thank you for a great first visit and I am looking forward to coming back again!

Wonderful Meal & Service! Started with the appetizer “The Tasting Sampler”. Overly bold flavors. Favorite was was the seared teriyaki tenderloins. The Filet mignon was spectacular, Prime Rib was flavorful and perfectly cooked, the sirloin had exceptional flavor. The crème brûlée was the best we have EVER had. The carrot cake was super rich and had an interesting custard that paired well with it. The view was gorgeous of the sunset and Sleeping Lady. Our server was super attentive and a delight to have . I have only been one time and that was 22 years ago. This visit left an impression. Perfect place for a date or intimate birthday dinner

Request window view for spectacular views. Take your time with a nice cocktail followed by an appetizer, then a 3 entree meal paired with a nice chilled wine! The perfect date! Delay your order to enjoy the sunset views!!!

I haven’t been here in over five years. I was excited to go because it’s always been excellent. It wasn’t very busy. Our food took way too long. I ended up getting our other order to go because it was taking so long and all as it was a bowl of chowder and a salad. Got home chowder was watered down and the bowl wasn’t even full all the way. Normally love the place, but very disappointed today I was more satisfied with having to deal with a drunk lady than deal, dealing with my poor quality of service and food

This is a well-known seafood restaurant in Anchorage. We came here specifically to try it and ordered the must-try Alaskan king crab, along with the Grilled Salmon and Chilled Shrimp Louie. The food was fresh and well-prepared, overall very satisfying.
The restaurant manager was especially attentive, taking the time to introduce the view outside the window and share some background about the surrounding geography. The scenery is particularly worth seeing around midday, and a window seat makes the experience even better with a great view of the coastline. Our server, whose name I unfortunately can’t recall, also gave helpful recommendations and provided thoughtful service throughout the meal.
Overall, it was a very pleasant dining experience. The food and service both lived up to expectations, and it’s easy to see why the restaurant is so popular. One thing to note is that the restaurant isn’t very easy to recognize from the outside, so it’s a good idea to look it up in advance.
