Solid spot. Roxanne, Melody, and Paulo were all cool and actually seemed like they cared, which you don’t always get. Food was good too—no weird portions or anything. Lowkey one of the smoother Qdoba runs I’ve had. I’d come back.

Cook digging his nose while serving food. Manager did nothing after I pointed it out to her.

It was busy! The employees were very nice and friendly but quick! I wish there was a Qdoba in Fairbanks.

That Qdoba visit was honestly one of those unexpectedly perfect experiences. The food was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re craving something satisfying but still customizable. Everything from the perfectly seasoned protein to the toppings just hit right, and you could tell it was made with care. The whole place had a great vibe—clean, welcoming, and efficient without feeling rushed. It’s the kind of spot that reminds you why Qdoba is such a go-to when you want something reliable and really good.
What truly made it stand out, though, was Melody and Roxanne. They brought such positive energy and friendliness that it completely elevated the experience. They were attentive, patient, and genuinely kind, making sure everything was just right. You could tell they cared about the customers and took pride in what they were doing. It wasn’t just a quick food stop—it felt like great service paired with great food, which is honestly the best combo you can ask for.

Wow there is a 40 something year old Hispanic woman working today (25 March) that is not enjoying her day. When I went in (around 12:45pm), she was helping someone in front of me so I patiently waited. She gave me a Gen Z stare until I realized that meant it was time to order. I said “hi” and smiled and she just glared at me. After slapping the (cold) tortilla down, she didn’t speak a single word to me until she finally said “queso?”. I said “no thank you” and she decided that I was going to be getting some anyways. When I said “I didn’t want queso” she rolled her eyes, huffed, and slammed my burrito on the counter behind her and started helping the couple behind me and just left me standing there very confused about why we had beef because I’ve literally never seen or interacted with this woman in my life? I also couldn’t move out of the way of the couple because I had my baby in a car seat on my arm. She was pretty polite and verbal with the couple in line behind me so I’m not sure what the deal was. I have worked in various food/retail establishments so I always say please and thank you, not on my phone etc so I don’t think I was being rude at all. Someone else remade my burrito and she and the cashier were both extremely kind.
I really do not know what I did to upset this woman but she did not like me.
Like at all.
Hope her day gets better.
