    Please update your website! I called after 12pm a few times, but no one answered. Went to this place today, Monday, February 23, 2026 and the door is locked. Your website says you're open Monday to Sunday from 12pm to 10pm. Disappointing!

    It’s absolutely absurd to be told you cannot pack me a pint worth of ice cream because you don’t have the specific pint sized cups. YOU LITERALLY WEIGHT THE ICE CREAM!!! How hard is it to just put the same amount of ice cream into any cup in the building?! And then to be told the owner is so greedy or maybe lazy idk that he literally told them not to use any other size cup is absurd. My ice cream was prepaid for! Refusing to fulfill the order over the proper cup size is utter nonsense.
