- DHDarrell HeltonFeb 18, 20262.0They are very often out of menu items. Today they are completely out of lemonade and Frosty Fusions. This has happened in the recent past as well. About two months ago, I ordered a Vanilla Frosty, and it didn't right at all. They offered me a Chocolate one which tasted okay, but not great. I've always had good service at the Seward Highway and Benson location, but not this one. The staff is not very concerned about making improvements from what I can see. Buyer Beware!!

When we got our food it was cold and looked and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Soggy French fries and the frosty was horribly done. They didn't have the flavor I wanted or any BBQ sauce. Would not recommend going again.
