I've stopped at this location a handful of times over the years(mainly out of desperation) Normally its just really bad customer service (attitude & slow) This time is just gross 🤢 I ordered a chocolate shake with my burger. A white middle-aged guy started preparing my shake it was extremely runny and got all over the side of the cup. Instead of starting a new one or grabbing a napkin I watched him rub and wipe the entire rim of the frosty cup with his bare hand. And then put a lid on it and smash on it with his palm. ( so his entire hand touched the top portion of my Frosty). Then wipe his hand off on his pants. It still had Frosty dripping all over the side of the cup & he proceeded to try and hand it to me. When I asked if I could have a different one he stated it was fine & left. The actual cashier gal said she couldn't give me another one. ?! I didn't want an "additional" frosty just a new one. I'm not sure the protocol for this but I feel like his bare hands shouldn't be touching the food that much.
