The taste is fantastic and I have always enjoyed eating Thai Orchid food with my family as well as with my friends. Last night there was an issue with delivery of my food but both Thai Orchid along with their delivery partner DoorDash promptly worked together and resolved it to our satisfaction. And I would like to thank the owner and DoorDash customer support for addressing this right away.

Tried again after my friend insisted and got pretty indifferent rushed service. Wouldn’t have bothered me if I didn’t go in to an empty restaurant and the young woman working the desk just said my name when I walked in (was the only takeout order). An app and dinner for 2 was $65 which isn’t crazy but also not standard. When I asked to see the receipt there was a lot of weird fees: $1.50 payment processing fee (I paid cash), 2.50 Togo fee, every single part of the experience had a fee instead of just building it into their pricing. Very strange and definitely won’t be returning.

Their pineapple fried rice is my absolute favorite and I’m glad they give you an option on how spicy you’d like things to be. We ate here on November 1st, and ordered Chicken Satay for our appetizer, and Gaeng Kiow Wahn and Massaman curry as our lunch specials. They also give you a bowl of soup to start with that is balanced yet very flavorful. They’ve set an expectation where food and service is important to them, so if you’re looking for consistent (good) thai food - this is your place!
