I checked in 10 minutes ago and they are just now making the order for your guests. It only affects your customers. If you you don't care about dashers then do t offer the service to your customers. - HVH VSAug 30, 20252.0Arrived here on Wednesday evening to grab a quick bite. We ordered through the screen they had available and waited for our order. We didn’t receive any food for over 15 mins but others got theirs. We were wondering what happened, and checked at the counter again. For 2 mins no body responded and then the guy working there pointed at a tray with scattered food items in it, and said “that’s yours”. We checked the contents and it was. They could have called our name or put a sticker with our name to recognize it at the very least. The crunch wrap supreme that I got was very soggy, not much beans, nachos were soaked, lettuce wasn’t fresh and the tortilla didn’t seem cooked. Poor food quality and reckless staff. While we were there, the staff had misplaced orders of other customers too. This is a request to train the staff and provide fresh ingredients. It was a disappointing experience compared to other Taco Bell locations.
