  On August 12 at 12:40 PM, I had a negative experience. Two workers were very rude and I did not get their names. The native girl loudly and rudely asked me what sandwich I wanted then proceeded to slam things. Then, the white boy with an accent started mumbling under his breath out of frustration when he saw another customer behind me. To make matters worse, he rang up my order incorrectly. I hope the manager takes note of these reviews.

  My toasted chicken bacn was a wet mess. Luckily I was going home where I could eat it with a fork and knife. Chicken was like something out of a can which I didn't notice in the store. They also didn't have any spinach and this Subway is in a Walmart with spinach literally right in front of it

  Today, July 9, 2025, at 1:00 pm, I stopped by the Subway at 7205 DeBarr Rd, Anchorage, Alaska, to grab a protein bowl for lunch. The native girl handling customer service was making my order and being very rude. I didn't get her name because I needed to leave quickly to prevent a confrontation. She slammed the cashier drawer shut and didn't smile at all. Once I finished ordering, paid, and asked politely for a bag, she threw it at me. I told her that if she didn't like her job, she should find another one and not throw things or slam drawers at customers. We all have bad days, but in our work environment, we have to maintain a professional demeanor, no matter what. This was the second time she has been so rude to me, and this time was even worse.
