I placed an order online and upon pickup they told us they never made it because "the manager doesnt know how to make bread so they are out", person I spoke to said I would get my refund back within 2 business days. I did not. I checked the app and it says my.order was picked up, not canceled. Then when I called, they said that they didnt do the refund, I had to contact Subway through the app, which is not what was told to me originally.
