I love how they provide a personal connection with regulars that visit the store often. I would especially like to highlight the young lady that works in the morning and during lunch (I believe her name is Stephanie). She is such a kind and patient person. Great crew!
- CKCody KapotakMar 29, 20241.0I decided to go to Starbucks nearby instead since the young lady did not seem to have good customer service skills and was very rude. I asked for the store number but she didn’t know it but I saw her manager interviewing a couple young men and I apologized for interrupting but made my complaint known and said I’d be leaving a review on Google. I said thanks and I hope y’all do better than today and said goodbye to go eat and drink my Starbucks where the people were so much more delightful to deal with and converse with.
