The individual claiming to be the manager refused to identify himself until I began recording the conversation. I have never experienced such poor treatment and discriminatory behavior due to my hearing impairment. I intend to consult with a lawyer regarding this incident. He threatened to call the police on me; was it because I wasn't wearing my hearing aid? Repeating that I'm being loud when I'm not wearing my hearing aid was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I highly recommend that you provide some training for these employees.
