  It was a horrible experience. Sat for almost 2 hours and still didn't have my food. The appetizers came out twice. The first time cold and the second time in a togo box. Why would they be boxed up if we are seated for dinner. Then only 1 of 2 entrees came out 45 minutes after the apps. Waited another 30 minutes then said I am only paying for what hit the table. Left hungry and unhappy.

  Great for children and adults alike. A little loud for my taste, but doable. There apparently is an established time for table use, however, it doesn't seem to be enforced, which is rather annoying when one only has so much time available and would like to play a quick couple games.. other than that ..service was good, food was also good.

  I am a regular here at Dave and Busters. I was trying to order some wings and a server/waitress named "Chyna" that was supposedly our server at the pool area wasn't there so I had to go to the front. So then she came by our area and when we ordered our food she was giving unnecessary attitude and just straight up rude. When we were going to pay our tab, she drop her plate aggressively and grabbed the manager to talk to me. The manager was pretty nice and able to sort things out.

  Honestly one of the worst service ever specifically talking about Chyna worst ever I go there everyday and every time I get her as my server either I don’t get any service at all or she gives us attitude. The best service I got from them is Emily she is so nice and makes us feel happy to go there but achy a in the other hand I never write reviews but she accused me and my brother as not paying when we go there 5 times a week and lie and got the manager and started raising her voice and giving us attitude. I don’t take this very lightly either but this time actually feels like I need to write a review on it.

  My wife was refused service tonight with her New Mexico real ID ( with the Star and everything). We came here for a date night and to watch the Seahawks game. Five employees, including a manager, looked at it and continued to say it’s fake after showing them *a picture of* her passport and a picture from her 2012 high school graduation. She was refused service. We are both 31 years old. Both of us were sober, just getting a drink to watch the end of the game before grabbing a pick-up order in the mall. I would understand if she had an older ID, but it’s a Real ID. It’s good enough for TSA and a serious background check for her job. She even has global entry. We were trying to spend a lovely date night together. Oh and if she was underage, why’d they let us sit at the bar while I finished my beer? Wild.
