Automatic doors judder open, systems frequently fail and need rebooting, managers get to their busiest time and try and force customers through their self-serve presumably to cut costs, poor selection, indifferent stock rotation. Had to find a positive except for the poor employees who have to deal with managerial ineptitude. Just hopeless.

There were no plastic forks to eat with but they were overflowing with plastic knives and spoons. Asked the girl serving if I could get a fork. She said they’re out and offered chopsticks or a spoon instead. I told her I’m good enough to use chopsticks for the chicken but don’t have the skills for the rice. She didn’t offer to go get a box of plastic forks. I handed the food back to her and told her if Carrs couldn’t offer a simple plastic fork I wouldn’t be able to eat it. Went to Fred Meyers deli and had no problem eating the meal with the simple plastic fork they provided.
