The grocery store is fine but they have no restrooms available for customers and no way to wash your hands. If you pick up a pack of chicken or need to use the restroom it's too bad. Not sure how this place is compliant with food handling requirements unless the employees have access that customers do not? I tried to talk with a manager about it but they didn't care. Never bothered to come to the desk. I understand everyone here seems "terrified" of the homeless but come on, you do still have customers.

Every time I stop by this Carrs, the fried chicken always seems to be sold out. When I ask, the response is usually, “We’re busy—are you willing to wait 30 minutes?” I understand things get hectic, but around dinner time it would make sense to cook more than 20 pieces. With several people in line, it’s easy to see that demand is higher than what’s being prepared. On one occasion, I even agreed to wait the 30 minutes, and the employee acted like I was inconveniencing him. He kept repeating, “Oh, so busy,” even though I was literally the only customer there for 20 minutes. The chicken itself is good—when you can actually get it—but the deli team could really improve on planning ahead and customer service.

Lady at self checkout jumped in front of me when the review option popped up on the scanner and she entered in every most positive answer instead of me leaving an honest review for my own. Rude.
