    I came here to assist my parents with their shopping and I noticed the guy that was supervising the self-checkout area totally handled the situation wrong number one he finalized the transaction actually when my parents were trying to had a question about the transaction and when he did that he coughed up an attitude when my parents tried to go to a different person the second person that was at the self-checkout they also gave my mother in attitude if this car is not careful they will be shut down just like the carrs in mountain view and that's my honest opinion

    No cashiers again!!! The employee assigned to the self-checkout area was actively instructing customers to call the 800 number printed on their receipts to complain about the complete lack of staffed checkout lanes. This is not an isolated occurrence. During my last three visits to this location, no cashiers were available. I typically shop between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and on each occasion, I encountered self-checkout lines with approximately 8 to 15 customers waiting. That level of service failure is unacceptable. This is a fundamental operational breakdown, not a minor inconvenience. During key shopping hours, customers should not be forced into a bottlenecked self-checkout system with no staffed alternative. The labor expense associated with assigning two cashiers during peak periods would be negligible in comparison to the damage being done to the customer experience, transaction flow, and overall brand credibility. From an executive leadership standpoint, this appears less like an oversight and more like a deliberate staffing posture designed to test how much inconvenience customers will tolerate before changing their shopping behavior. That is a shortsighted strategy. When a retailer knowingly allows service levels to deteriorate to this extent, it signals either a failure in local management execution or a broader leadership decision that places cost containment above basic customer service standards. At minimum, this location should have staffed checkout support during peak afternoon hours. The current operating model is unreasonable, customer-unfriendly, and inconsistent with the level of service a major grocery retailer should be delivering.
