So my girlfriend got threatened by the cashier/selfcheck lady name Shay, store manager did the “investigation”. My girlfriend called back for an update, on the phone store manager even said security even said who was the only witness in hearing distance even said she was yelling at my girlfriend for not even saying hi to her and threatening her. Sad part about it she is still there working. Everyone be aware if you are near the worker Shay and don’t say hi back for her yelling at you for no legit reason at all and she threatens you in anyway she will get away with her. Store manager will lie and say it’s your fault. My girlfriend was taking the call in front of me. Asking why she is getting blamed for being threatened. Video evidence don’t lie so why cover it up when you think we should especially her should be silenced. Corporate office should get involved and if not big corporation office should get involved. Shay should get fired. No one deserves to be threatened especially after being yelled at and harassed for no reason.

The pharmacist is something else, I told her my kid date of birth was and she wants to act like I went to the wrong location was not even helpful in the beginning had a stink face on her the whole time. I told her ok I will call the doctor office and make sure it was faxed. After confirming it was she still refused to try and look into it and when I said it to help save my kids life she wants to refuse service. See the cameras and can see it was her from beginning to end. Mimi was no better she said rudely I am talking trying to confront me like I was the one who was rude the whole time. Management of the store really needs to look into how they treat customers. When it a kid life on the line why not try and help or even listen, mind you the doctor office was on the phone with me the whole time and heard everything as a witness. Even after I left she wants to confirm the fax and try and accept the medication after telling me to go to a different store, making it more difficult to even get it somewhere else. Doctor office even said it was accepted for filling when I left make it make sense. That was not ok. Do better when it is a kid's life on the line. Ok kick me out (when should have never in the first place I was not rude to her) but do not accept it after making it harder to even get it somewhere else. Sounds childish to me
